Prof. Dr. Marc Bungenberg, LL.M., director of the Europa-Institut and Prof. MMag. Dr. August Reinisch, LL.M., from the University of Vienna have published a "Draft Statute of the Multilateral Investment Court" (Nomos Verlag, 2021) in the series "Studien zum Internationalen Investitionsrecht".

The Europa-Institut submitted the contents as an observer in the reform negotiations on ISDS (Investor-State Dispute Settlement) to UNCITRAL Working Group III as its own contribution.
